Structures and process equipment in harsh environments degrade continuously. Integrity management is the discipline of knowing how fast, what it threatens, and intervening before it becomes a safety or production event.

The challenge

Corrosion is predictable. Corrosion failures are usually a surprise.

Mining, processing, water and coastal industrial environments attack assets relentlessly — abrasive slurries, chemical exposure, humidity, chlorides. The mechanisms are well understood and the degradation rate is broadly calculable. Yet corrosion-driven failures still arrive unannounced, because inspection is sporadic, findings are not trended, and remediation is deferred until the defect is visible from the walkway.

Both. We deliver corrosion control, blasting and fibreglass reinforcement scopes directly, and we also act as the specifying and quality assurance engineer where a client's own contractors execute.
Access and outage constraints are part of the specification, not an afterthought. Where shutdown is impossible we select systems suited to in-service application and sequence work around production windows.
