The Aurixs Platform — asset truth, maintained

Our asset intelligence application: the register, criticality, tactics, inspection findings and performance history in one structured place. Built by asset management engineers for the way asset decisions actually get made.

Why it exists

Every asset decision is a data decision

Ask most operations for their critical asset list and you receive three versions: one in the CMMS, one in a spreadsheet, and one in the head of the maintenance superintendent who has been there twenty years. Each is partly right. None can be trusted on its own.

The Aurixs Platform exists to end that. It is the single structured record of what you own, how critical it is, what is done to it and what condition it is in — kept current by the people who work on the asset, and visible to the people who fund it.

Modules

One platform, six working parts

Each module is useful on its own. The value compounds when criticality drives tactics, tactics drive fieldwork, and fieldwork updates the record automatically.

Asset Registry

A structured, ISO 14224-aligned hierarchy holding every functional location and equipment item, with the attributes that engineering decisions actually depend on.

  • Functional location and equipment hierarchy
  • Technical attributes and nameplate data
  • Parent-child and system relationships
  • Change history and audit trail

Criticality & Risk

Consequence scoring lives on the asset, not in a spreadsheet — so tactic frequency, inspection interval and spares decisions all trace to the same risk position.

  • Multi-dimensional consequence scoring
  • Safety, environment, production and cost axes
  • Risk-ranked asset views
  • Drives tactic and inspection frequency

Maintenance Tactics

The library of what gets done to each asset class and why, linked to the failure mode it addresses and exportable into your CMMS.

  • Failure-mode-linked task library
  • Job plans, task lists and BOMs
  • CMMS-ready export formats
  • Revision control on tactic changes

Field Capture

Verification, inspection and condition data captured at the asset — including photographic evidence — and attached to the record rather than emailed around.

  • Asset verification and tagging workflows
  • Inspection findings with photo evidence
  • Defect classification and severity
  • Offline-tolerant capture in the field

Performance Intelligence

Availability, failure trends, backlog health and integrity status in one view, so meetings argue about actions rather than about whose numbers are right.

  • Availability and downtime trending
  • Failure Pareto and repeat offender views
  • Backlog age and schedule compliance
  • Integrity status by asset group

Governance & Assurance

The evidence layer — who changed what, when an inspection was actually done, and whether the programme is being executed as designed.

  • Audit trail on every record
  • Compliance and inspection due tracking
  • Role-based access control
  • Exportable evidence packs
Working together

Software alone has never fixed a plant

A platform records reality; it does not improve it. What changes performance is engineering judgement applied to good data — which is why Aurixs delivers both, and why the platform is shaped by the consulting work rather than sold in isolation.

Platform only

You have the engineering capability in-house and need a structured system of record. We deploy, configure and hand over.

Platform + engineers

We populate the register, run the criticality and tactic work, and leave your team operating a system that is already full of good data.

Managed reliability

Aurixs runs the reliability cycle on the platform alongside your team, with performance measured against availability outcomes.

Deployment

Practical from the first week

  • Weeks
Typical time to a structured, usable register
  • Any EAM
Works alongside SAP PM, Maximo and others
  • Field-first
Built for capture at the asset, not the office
  • Evidence
Audit trail suitable for assurance and insurers
FAQ

Platform questions

No, and we would be cautious of anyone claiming it should. Your CMMS executes and records work. The Aurixs Platform holds the engineering picture — register structure, criticality, tactic rationale, integrity condition — and feeds the CMMS with what it needs. They are complementary layers.
Yes. Some clients have strong internal reliability capability and simply need a better system of record. Others want the data built for them. Both models are supported.
Usually through a structured verification exercise — physically walking the plant, confirming what exists, tagging it and capturing attributes. Where a reasonable register already exists we migrate and verify rather than start over.
Field capture is designed to tolerate intermittent connectivity, which is a practical necessity on most mining and infrastructure sites.
You do. It is your asset information; we build and maintain the structure around it, and it is exportable.

A walkthrough is most useful when it uses your equipment types and your problems. Send us a little context and we will tailor the session.
